If Cinco de Mayo is not until Saturday, May 5, what was all this noise outside my window today, 5/4/18, from 4pm - 10Pm? What do they mean this is their 2nd Annual Downtown 5 de Mayo Block Party (per the apartment complex, in conjunction with the restaurant attached to my apt. bldg.)?
I'm going to start banging my head on the wall & smash things if they start this all over again, Saturday!
