Not really that much, yet. At least public transit - buses - are still running. Not that I'm going out anywhere today.
So, decided to bake a cake (since I burned the one I baked for Christmas). If I must say so, came out OK. Instead of the usual orange-butter-sugar glaze, decided to try chocolate frosting. Well, not the best frosting job (wished I still had Cake Frosting Kit I gave to my sister), but, the cake tasted great. Done baking for the day.
And, also made Cinnamon Buns (w/ Raisins), with cream cheese frosting, yesterday. Not good at all! The quick-no-knead dough (courtesy of Gemma Stafford/Bigger Bolder Baker) was better suited as just a dough for Rolls. Will attempt the dough again, but, make Rolls with it instead.
