RANDOM, THINGS.

This is ANZAC DAY, at the Services of Commemoration and Thanksgiving - the second solemn event Prince Harry & Meghan Markle had attended that morning - up at the crack of dawn. Of course Prince William ( & the Duchess) had a newborn to attend to. Lets not forget little Prince George & Princess Charlotte.
I have to say that the guys look about done in. Whereas Meghan, looks bright-eyed & alert.
And, why did some people in the UK go into a hissy-fit meltdown because Prince William touched Meghan on the shoulder & gave her a kiss on cheek. They were quite sure she had initiated it - she did not. I'm confused. But, I'm not losing any sleep over it.
In my last post I stated I was going to go eat cake. Well, I baked it, but I could not eat it. Tried one slice, awful. Decided it would taste better if it was cold, stuck it in the fridge for 2 hours. Second slice, much worse, if possible. Into the garbage it went.
Don't think I should try my hand at any further baking, at least until the morning of the Royal Wedding; I may try Scones.
