This is how President Barack Obama interpreted that Bible verse throughout his eight years in office:
donald trump, not so much. I imagine he interpreted that verse with a whole different meaning, " Let The Little Children Suffer ":
This is pure evil. Why is there not more of an outcry againt this inhuman treatment of children. Where are all those co-called real Christians? The entire American Pediatric Association? The Phychiatrists & Psychologists? Why is it that only one (1) White House Press member had the guts to call out this man as a liar to his face (whom he ignored), during that one hour insane, rambling, treasoness press conference? Oh, I forgot - the WH Press Corp is incompetent, complicit & as despicable as the this entire admininstration. And, they have been so since 2015. By the way trump, I am not your people.
ACLU (I'm holding up my donation) & Joe Biden, Michelle & Barack Obama - you are all lawyers. All of these children need legal representation, now. Surely, being a former President, Mr. Obama, I would imagine you still have great deal of cachet.
Finally, where are the rest of us as American citizens, that we would allow this to happen? These children are being held hostage for a desired political outcome. And, any Government that would permit this, has lost it's very soul. I'm not a particularly religious person, but, right here, right now, this country needs a real come to Jesus moment!
