Decided to bake a MeatLoaf (instead of the Roast Chicken I originally intended). Disaster ensued! It has to be one of the worst things I have ever attempted. Simply horrible tasting. No pictures - it was all too gruesome.
So, here is another picture of my Christmas Tree. Way better looking than the MeatLoaf, trust me! Now off to try my hand at Oatmeal Cookies.
