This is a picture of the Fitness Center, open 24/7, in my apartment building. I've even gone so far as to put it up as my Desktop Background. Trying to get motivated. After this afternoon, I really need to.

Late afternoon lunch (no breakfast) consisted of 1 Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich, one Ice Cream Cone, one Ice Cream Bar, 1/4 of a Choc. Truffle Bar; it does not help to eat Skinny Cow as a substitute for fattening Ice Cream & Candy, if you stuff yourself with 4 different items, all at one sitting! Oh, I also ate one small banana & 1/2 cup of KozyShack Rice Pudding. Well, I did drink 3 glasses of water - that's healthy, right? No, I guess not.

Starting January 1, 2015, I set several weight loss goals, to be reached in 3 stages. Now, I confess that I totally messed up for the first 4 & 1/2 months. So, I had to start over again, May 15, 2015. I'm just 3.4 lbs. from reaching goal 1 stage (much later than planned). I have not been at my goal 1 weight in over 35 years! I used to have a Cardiology Specialist ( emphasis on the "used to" ), who kept insisting that I was a candidate for Gastric Bypass. And, I kept telling him, no way. First, I was under 250 lbs.; second, I was just being lax & lazy, not even bothering to try & eat healthy & never exercising. I had retired and the pounds just kept piling up. I worked for a huge health insurance company for 38 years, so, I knew the qualifications for the procedure. I have no idea what his agenda was.

Tomorrow morning I intend to go down & start making use of the Fitness Center (embarrassed to say I have not stepped foot in that place in eight years!). Right now, I have this craving for Pizza. Hope I don't act on it.
