John Barrowman (Twitter), Van Jones (CNN) & Stephen Colbert (Showtime, live) - thank you for your calm, measured & sensible comments, in the face of this fiasco.
And, thank you to President Obama, for continuing to be the consummate professional you have shown, throughout almost 8 years; he called to congratulate Trump & invited him to the White House to discus the orderly transition of power (he also called Sec. Clinton, as well). Mr President, you are truly a better person than I am.
Clinton appears to have won the popular vote; this is the 2nd time in 16 years that has happened (5 times in all). I have long advocated for doing away with the Electoral College - it is out of date, unfair & has no place in a twenty-first century democratic society.
Thanks to you Hillary Clinton, for trying. In this day & time, America is still not ready for a female president. That makes no common sense at all - women make up over 51% of this country's population!
