

Nothing to watch on TV, too tired to read and can't get motivated enough to clean out my entry-way closet - what to do? Make a cake. So says the women still carrying 14 extra pounds put on during the past Christmas season. And, I needed to lose 38 lbs. even before Dec. 2016!
Except for the fact there was too much frosting, the cake tasted ok. But, I really should not be eating cake. Can I freeze it? Hope so. I've already thrown out a cake & a large container of fruit salad a few days ago. Oh, the Meatloaf I cooked last Thursday? It didn't taste any better once it cooled - threw out.
Later today, think I will take a stroll down to the lower level & check out the building's Fitness Center. Really need to visit it more often - last there, little over 10 years ago. Pathetic!
