Watched Arrow earlier this evening. Why is it I love the character Malcom Merlyn so much? I keep telling myself it's because he is portrayed by John Barrowman. But, to be honest, I think I would like the character (somewhat) even without JB. John, by the way, is awesome in this!
This is the type of dark, evil character, but, one with some redeeming qualities, that I love to watch. And, ye Gods, I'm even starting to warm toward Thea! Different hair, attitude, tougher character (not that whiny rich kid I dislike) & new skills, taught to her by Merlyn (recall the hot spilled coffee in the airport?). How long that will last, can't tell you. LOL.
I believe Merlyn, I think he is innocent in the death of Sara & that Nyssa's father ordered the hit on Sara. Now, let's see big, bad Nyssa assassinate her father. Hypocrite, much? I missed a lot of Season 2, so, not really up to speed on Nyssa. I just know I do not like her.
Laurel? Please, sit down! I can just see her fouling up everything. And, how about telling your father that Sara is dead!
