It is now Monday morning, 2/16/15, 9:58 am. It snowed yesterday, not that much, but it brought with it a freezing wind. I checked the outside temperature reading & it is " 1 " degree, with a wind-chill factor of - 9! I think it's almost that cold in my apartment right now.

Heat stopped working about 7pm Sunday - called for maintenance, after wasting 2 hours trying to reset my thermostat, which is new & supposedly energy efficient & saves money on your electricity. Yeah, tell that to last month's bill I just received, $202.00! Called down to the Front Desk, was advised Maintenance was aware & would be up to fix it shortly. As I was coming back up to my floor, met a man on the elevator, with a tiny baby dressed in fluffy pajamas. He wondered it I was having problems with my heat as well. That was last night - I'm really feeling sorry for that poor baby right now.

Well, Maintenance came last night, fixed it (so they thought). But after an hour, only cold air was coming out. Left another call for Maintenance - the Customer Service office stated they would be up as ASAP. That was Sunday night, this is Monday - still waiting.

I have two heaters (brought last year from HSN - never used). They are only good if you are sitting right in front of them. On my way down to talk to the Leasing Manager - can't deal with this anymore.
