Not really your fault, John.

On 3/3, I purchased a Tote Bag from John Barrowman's NOG8 campaign. That got me in the buying mood (shame on you John) and I decided to purchase HP ink for my printer. Had problems with password, so, decided to check my e-mail. There was one from Raymond & Flanigan.

I've been getting them frequently & I had an online account with them. I previously purchased furniture from them in 2006 (which I sold to several family members in 2007); well, in 2007, I purchased furniture, again, this time for my current apartment. To make a long story short, I decided to purchase a new lamp to go with the computer desk I no longer have and new office chair (I sold previous desk, chair & the lamp to my sister in 2007). Neither item was really what I wanted, but, figured they would suffice for now & it was free shipping (otherwise, would have to pay $42.50 shipping cost, outrageous).

It's been 8 years since my last purchase, of course, I could not find the card with my password. And, who remembers what you put down for "name of pet ", from 8 years ago? I don't even own a pet! I ended up buying as a guest shopper. I received a call from them, just to confirm that I did in fact make the purchases & she stated I would receive a follow-up email with order number - stated she had just sent it.

To date, have not received said email; called them at 8:37pm tonight, customer service rep apologized, confirmed they had correct email address. Promised it would be resent. It is now 9:33 pm, still no email. Too late to call them back, but, I will certainly call them tomorrow. Lucky for them I'm listening to Jackson Browne - I'm in a mellow mood right now. But, I may not be tomorrow.
