My Easter dinner. Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Don't ask. Actually, update tomorrow.
The loaf of bread is Brioche - made 2 days ago. Started out as dough for rolls, but, decided to let it fully bake in the Bread Machine. Right off the bat, problems; I forgot to put the little propeller thing in the pan. Had to use large spoon to remove yeast so it would not get wet, then dumped everything out to put in the propeller - then put everything back in. Surprised the dough even rose. I forgot to set the crust, so it was too dark. the bread itself was not too bad - tasted ok. However, next day, all went into the garbage.
