Apparently, I am not the only customer unhappy with merchandise received from Represent.com, the website which hosted John Barrowman's "NoH8" campaign.
On 4/17, I complained that the item I received was not what I purchased. Well, guess what I received in the mail yesterday? Yes, a new Tote Bag, without the offensive message.

I like to think that John was made aware of the complaints & made sure it was corrected. If so, a big thank you to John & to Represent.com for your swift actions in making things right.
