Earlier today (3am ), watched episode eight, the finale of " Cucumber " & " Banana ". A look into the daily lives of a motley group of Londoners, for the most part Gay, their families & friends. Gay, Straight - no difference - the same problems we all have in common as members of the human race. It was on the Logo Network (Not in HD - Comcast, what is your problem? )
Really loved these two shows & the characters. Why can't I have neighbors like that? Funny, sad, poignant & ultimately, tragic. Ep. 7 had a stunning development, that shocked. I did not see it coming. I just sat there for about 60 seconds & all I kept saying was, Oh My God! Over & over. Just on the off chance that someone happens to read this journal, I won't spoil it for anyone who has not yet viewed it. I'll just say, " yes, Henry, it was your fault! ".
The only thing that annoyed me? It was created by that knucklehead, Russell T. Davis; also includes Julie Gardner & Euros Lyn, as exec. producer & director. Yes, that same evil triumvirate that "torched" Torchwood. After almost six years, and yeah, I'm still mad.
