It is now 5:43 AM & I'm about to go to bed for a few hours sleep, after the Cornbread I baked is finally done. At least, I think it's done; had to leave it in 30 minutes pass the baking time recommended.
It's a good thing I bought that box of Jiffy Cornmeal Mix, plus, a bag of Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix, as back-up. Looks like they're going to be needed. Yes, I'm in the process of cooking a full Thanksgiving Dinner. I tend to look at these cooking forays as experiments in progress. I even made up a formal menu. See photo under the cut:
