Finished watching day 3 of Democratic Convention and I just have to say; I love our President! And, once he is out of office, will miss him & his family, like crazy.
During his tenure, he has accomplished so much; he could have done so much more for this country, if a Republican Congress had not made it their stated goal, on day one, to oppose him on every front. Even when it was something they were in favor of before he took office. If that is not the definition of insanity, I'm lost.
Just want to say this at least once; all of Donald Trump's supporters are just as delusional, ignorant, racist, bigoted, homophobic, xenophobic & mysogynistic as he is. Yeah, yeah, I know he has a number of vocal Women, African American, Latino & Homosexual Americans supporting him, but, there is a great deal of self-hate going on with quite a few of them. Maybe, they will come to their senses one day.
Side note: Made fudge to eat while watching the Convention - did not turn out that well. Hint. Never, ever use Maraschino Cherries as a substiture for Dried Cranberries! The fudge never really set & did not look that great, although, it did taste rather good. Just wet & slightly messy when eating. Oh well, will attempt again, without the cherries.
