IT'S SPRING!

One of my two favorite seasons (other, Winter). Yesterday, raining all day; today, dry, bright & sunny, 46 degrees. Perfect! Although I do not celebrate or acknowledge my birthday, one of my sisters did call earlier this morning to wish me Happy Birthday. I thanked her, I hope in a gracious manner. LOL!

And, I just happened to buy a new Bose Sound-dock for my IPod Classic last night, online. My current one has not worked for at least a year (it is 7 years old & no longer has a warranty). So, a present for me for starting on my Spring Cleaning. Maybe I will try to bake something later on today ( & not smoke up the kitchen).

I purchased the above cut flowers 3/15, for St. Patrick's day on Monday; can't believe they are still alive! Usually all flowers, cut or potted, know they come to die once they cross the threshold of my apartment. Just had to take a picture, for posterity. I've put this up as my desktop background, to welcome Spring.
