I have never seen a video of this event, although, I did watch the telecast of this performance. I remember being moved by the various scenes flashing on screen and tearing up and fighting hard to stop myself from crying.

Well, this morning, I lost the battle. Watching it again, this time I really heard the actual words of the song (" I Was Here "). Such a profound sadness and anger washed over me. Just one scene of a small child being given a drink of water caused me to totally lose it and left me sobbing. If there is a Hell, we are all going to Hell, for what we have allowed to happen to the least of us, the millions of children on this planet. We have an illegitimate administration that thinks it's ok to do away with this countries humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable in this world, especially the children. Even clean water to drink. To top it off, America has over 14 million children who go to bed hungry most nights. They also want to stop the funding for free Breakfast and Lunch programs for these very same children. Just because they don't see any financial benefit from the programs. Are they really serious? How craven and utterly despicable is that? But, they can always find money for huge increases to the budget for the military (Which the military states it does not need).

Now, the pathological liar and unfit incompetent fool in the White House is threatening another country with nuclear war! I don't even know what to say any more.
