Hey, if donald trump can do it, so can I.
Decided to make a salad to help in my weight loss program. Of course, could not just leave it at that. Found this recipe on YouTube for " Easy N0-Bake Cheesecake ". Salad was easy. No-Bake Cheesecake, not so much. Too many steps & ingredients. And, I used dark brown sugar to make the caramel to drizzle over the whipped cream - I think I was supposed to use light brown sugar. The salad called for an avocado; I did not like the look of it, so threw away. But, they both were very good.
